Sushi by Boū’s new FiDi location is such a great addition to the neighborhood. I really enjoyed the 12-course omakase, everything felt fresh, well-paced, and beautifully prepared. The space is cozy and quiet, which makes it perfect for a date night or birthday celebration. The cocktails were also amazing and paired so well with the experience. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a fun and intimate omakase night in FiDi!

This restaurant is an omakase establishment like no other. In my opinion, if you love FRESH nigiri and sashimi pieces then you have to visit Sushi by Bou. Tucked inside of the Financial District, it honestly felt like a hidden gem in the middle of the city. The vibe is intimate, trendy, and perfect after exploring downtown Manhattan. Move out the way dirty martini, ever had a shiso martini? Divine. Every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The chefs made the experience fun and interactive the entire time. The pacing of the omakase was perfect. Easily one of my favorite spots in FiDi and definitely worth visiting whether you live in the city or plan to visit the city. 10/10

Absolutely incredible experience at Sushi By Bou. The atmosphere was fun, intimate, and energetic, but the real standout was Mike and his team. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire omakase experience feel special from start to finish. Every piece was prepared with care, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do while still keeping the experience approachable and welcoming. Mike brought great energy to the counter and made everyone feel comfortable and engaged throughout the meal. If you’re looking for a high-quality omakase experience with amazing service and a great vibe, Sushi By Bou is definitely worth visiting. Can’t wait to come back.

My visit to this new sushi by bou location has left me delighted, from the food, the chefs, the attention the place is amazing, very well decorated as for a night of cocktails with friends or as a couple, they were always attentive, my favorite is the miso cod, they did not disappoint. I have visited other venues and they all maintain the quality of food.

Came during their soft opening last week as a huge fan of the brand - always very consistent from the food, to the drinks and the service! Everyone was very accommodating and we LOVED the new Reserve Menu! We returned last night for their monthly tuna carving and was absolutely blown away by the chefs craftsmanship and how easy he made it look to carve a 250lb Tuna! We were in awe and the tuna bites were out of this world! Cant wait to come back for the omakase and next months carving! Thanks for the great times so far Bou team!
